Brass forging is a process in which brass containing an alloy of copper and zinc metals which are kept in high temperature and pressure. Then the brass metal is heated which is deformed using pressure. Brass metal generally used in forging as it allows for close tolerance and limited reheated and additional machining. Metal heating help machine to apply force and reform the shape of the metal bar with the help of die which mold the brass metal bar into the required shape.​
