RETURN POLICY
Once the customer has placed an order from our website www.fuelshutoff.com the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Customers are required to read product specifications before ordering the product. Customers can only return for the replacement of the order if the delivered product does not fit or function as expect that too on specific conditions. The customer cannot return the product and ask for refunds under no circumstances. If any customer is unsatisfied with our product you can contact us through mail or call.
*RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS
The product you are looking to return for replacement should be applicable only when the product is not broken, no cracks, not used, and no accidental dents on the product and the customer should have an invoice.
*PROCEDURE

Once you are applicable for return policy for exchanging the product you are required to click the picture of the product & Invoice send it on our e-mail or Whatsapp to us with the specific reason for return/replacement.

After checking the product picture and reason for exchange the product for a replacement. If the product quality the return/replacement policy we will revert you back with approval.

Once you are approved, the address will be provided on which you are supposed to send the product via a logistic company. The customer is supposed to bear the logistics cost in case of replacement.

After receiving the product we will replace and send the product to the customer address within 30 days after receiving the parcel.
